![]() I received much positive feedback about last month’s post - Inspiration Through The Dark Times. Thus I decided to continue my exploration of how inspiration can play a role in our personal or professional lives - during times of self-doubt and uncertainty. Once again, I have borrowed the words of some wise folks in this post and selected some relevant music to accompany... “Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength - carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.” -- Corrie ten Boom “Worry is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.” – Arthur Somers Roche “Every strike brings me closer to the next home run”. --Babe Ruth “Maybe all one can do is hope to end up with the right regrets.” -- Arthur Miller “So many people will tell you ”no”, and you need to find something you believe in so hard that you just smile and tell them ”watch me”. Learn to take rejection as motivation to prove people wrong. Be unstoppable. Refuse to give up, no matter what. It’s the best skill you can ever learn.” ― Charlotte Eriksson “The greater the artist, the greater the doubt. Perfect confidence is granted to the less talented as a consolation prize." -- Robert Hughes Whether you can directly relate or you know / love someone who is going through insecurity may you find comfort, inspiration and hope from your visit here today. Thank you for taking the time to stop by… feel free to share with others who may need an infusion of support, hope and confidence as well. Until next time, wishing you peace and inspiration, mar

Well done, sweet Mar. Often those of us who persevere and follow our dreams also had to battle a good deal of self-doubt. This post is a testament to how we are all part of the human condition, subject to feelings, doubts, successes and triumphs. Sending you hugs!

Hello mar - I forwarded this to all those I know with self-confidence issues. I hope I don't get the Internet police after me for spamming. Great subject and presentation. Listening to the music now - what me worry.
