The following quotation seems applicable to all of us - no matter our age, role or career path:
"Don't just learn, experience. Don't just read, absorb. Don't just change, transform. Don't just relate, advocate. Don't just promise, prove. Don't just criticize, encourage. Don't just think, ponder.Don't just take, give. Don't just see, feel. Don't just dream, do. Don't just hear, listen. Don't just talk, act. Don't just tell, show. Don't just exist, live." -- Roy T. Bennett
Experience, absorb, transform, advocate, prove, encourage, ponder, give, feel, do, listen, act, show, live ... To me, these action verbs are a choice of mindfulness over mindlessness.

I fell in love with the violin all over again when I was introduced to Lindsey Stirling by my friend, Cynthia. You're in for a treat if this magnificent musician is new to you (or not).
This "train story set to music" is about as blue as it gets - including a harmonica that has a mind of her own... :)
Until next week, wishing you peace and a song in your heart, mar
