![]() Gestalt Weekend in Cape May, NJ I headed to Cape May, NJ for my second annual work shop this past weekend. I felt Mom's presence in rain in varying degrees on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, intertwined with plenty of bursts of sunshine and the ever-soothing sea breeze. Once again I was struck by the emotional generosity demonstrated by everyone in attendance. Mariah Fenton Gladis is a miracle worker in her dual roles of teacher and healer. She demonstrates compassionate intuition through active and astute listening like no one else I've encountered. Her song choices linger in my mental soundtrack indefinitely - providing affirmation and hopefulness when I least expect them. The opening song that Mariah selected for Saturday morning is an excellent example, sung by Audra Day ~ I Will Rise Up I return recharged with fresh insights and deep appreciation of the power of self awareness - both in myself and those 'old and new' friends throughout the weekend. Thanks to Andy for being front and center in welcoming me home on Sunday evening ... a sweet reception indeed. Kylie's Blossoms...is growing in leaps and bounds. On the heels of publishing a Spanish version called Flores de Kylie, I am proud to announce the publication of an Afrikaans edition, Kylie se Blomme. I owe a heaping helping of gratitude to the following friends for their talents and patience:
Enough innuendo--I'll end by saying... more to come! Click any image to get the corresponding book from amazon.com. Thanks to Angelia Phillips (femmeflashpoint of flashPress)I wanted to thank my gifted and ever-patient web master and friend, femmeflashpoint, for updating my site's theme to be mobile optimized. Thanks to inspiration from my young writing students, I selected a theme symbolizing sharing and learning among people of all ages. I'm also grateful to Gerd Altmann, photographer of Pixabay for the use of his work in this pursuit. ShoutOutsUntil next week, wishing you joy and love,

Absolutely love the new design at the top. Your excitement and enthusiasm comes through to brighten my day along with the lovely song by Andra Day. It was something brand new to me and beautifully sung. Congratulations on your publications of Kylie's Blossoms in Spanish and Afrikaans. Looking forward to a German and French translation along with a host of others. Bravo and hooray for your initiative and renewed spirit after your weekend. Love the photo of you and of Andy. Love, Peg

Oh, how wonderful to see Kylie's Blossoms in my home language, Afrikaans. I am still overwhelmed after seeing it on Amazon. Marketing 'Kylie se Blomme' is the next challenge on my agenda. I can already see "Kylies Blomster" translated in Swedish by our dearest Sannel. What a marvelous suggestion!

Ah, amiga mia....No hay de que! I was happy to help as much as I could. WoW! You had one done in Afrikaan too! Of course! With our lovely Martie as a good friend, why would you not do that? Terrific. You have a wonderful side career to be proud of Maria! Good thing you're still young & energetic enough to keep up! As pleased & comfy as I am to be retired, there are times I wish I was still "out there" making a difference in people's lives. I think that's the part I miss the most.

Oh you make me giggle, dear Paula...our daily routines actually sound quite similar - I don't think very clearly after 7PM either.

Kylie is becoming quite continental, I may have to add a beret. Cheers. (I meant a beret for Kylie, not me.)
